It was great value for money in contrast to other hotels. Particularly helpful staff and everything well-maintained. Light gorgeous room with a bright bathroom. The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a stunning area.

The location was fab - just 5 minutes' walk from Galway Bay. The good onsite restaurant had variety of food. No complaints whatsoever, I had a brilliant stay and would return there.

The whole hotel was clean. The rooms were airy, included central heating, a seating area and a writing desk, I liked it. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Though everything was perfect, some of the staff were dismissive.

Everything here was wonderful, I will be back. Hotel was clean and appealing. The food was decent, especially meats, fresh bread, bakery and fresh fruit for breakfast. Plenty of supplies in the room: WiFi, climate control and terrace.

The hotel is cozy and in an ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location very close to city centre.

The staff was wonderful and the room was airy, compact. I got free upgrade and liked it. The bed seemed lovely and it was spotless all around.
